- Scope : Financial/Cost Accounting
- Minimum Qualifications : G.C.E. (O/L) any 6 passes (Sri Lanka)
or
G.C.E. (O/L) any 5 passes (UK)
or
G.C.E. (A/L) any 2 passes (Sri Lanka/UK) Or through work experience.
- Exam Cycles : In Every Six Months ( Generally in January & June
- No of Levels : 3
- Total Number of subjects : Core – 12 & Skill – 1
- Duration : 18 Months
- Exams: Paper based
- Potential Designations : Assistant Accountant, Accounts executive.

- Affiliation : Created by an Act of Parliament & Managed by Governing Council
- Scope : Management Accounting
- Minimum Qualifications : Three passes at the G. C. E. Advanced Level Examination together with a Pass in English Language and Mathematics at the G.C.E. O/L Examination or Completion of aat level II or Please refer student guide for other entry avenues
- Exam Cycles : Bi Annually ( Generally in May & November) , Foundation level – Three times a year.
- No of Levels : 5
- Total Number of subjects : Core – 17 & Skill – 4
- Duration : 30 Months ( Minimum)
- Exams: Online/Paper Based
- Exception in international bodies: ACCA (UK). CIMA(UK), CPA (Aus), Deaking University(Aus), CPA (Can)

- Exam Cycles : Business Level I & II Examinations are held in March, June, September, and December Corporate and Strategic Level Examinations are held in June and December. (During 2021 there are three exams in February, July, and December Case Study Examinations at Strategic level are held twice a year (During 2021 there are three exams in May, August and December)
